About the Team
The Service Monitoring & Operations team ensures the stable operation of core infrastructure and customer services across hosting, cloud, and managed services. We monitor systems around the clock, respond to incidents, and continuously improve operational processes to maintain 24/7 service availability.

Responsibilities
- Monitor production services and infrastructure
- Respond to incidents and perform first-level troubleshooting
- Support service recovery during outages
- Participate in 24/7 shift-based operations
Qualifications
- Available for rotating day and night shifts
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of internet service architecture
- Experience with Linux or Windows server administration
- Interest in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Passion for infrastructure monitoring and operational excellence
