IT FUN PEOPLE (President & CEO Seiji Otaki, hereinafter "IFP") announced that Seiji Otaki, who had been serving as President-designate, was officially appointed as President & CEO following shareholder approval and a resolution of the Board of Directors at today's Annual General Meeting.
Since being named President-designate in March of last year, Otaki has presented the vision of "Next-Generation Digital Financial Infrastructure" as IFP's future direction, focusing on technological innovation and strengthening the company's platform competitiveness. He has also driven initiatives to reinforce security, regulatory compliance, and governance capabilities required for global financial services.
